I made the lift this time. Was not able to get it on 1-8-18. It helped to carb load before this one. I had been trying to minimize carbs but had waffles, a bagel and bacon earlier in the morning, before this lift. I haven’t lifted this much on the deadlift in 15 years. It felt good to lift that much weight again.
