I did the squat for 319 pounds for 10 repetitions for 2 sets. Training has been going well. One thing that has helped to prevent injuries, other than stretching and warming up, is praying. I do a little prayer before lifting and say “Please God let me lift as much as my body can lift, help me to lift safely and to not get injured”. God has been answering my prayers, I haven’t had an injury in months and my weights are going back up.
