Today I did the deadlift for 430 pounds for 5 reps for 2 sets. I have not posted since April. Last July I had a rotator cuff injury and have not been able to do much weight since then but am gradually adding more weight to rehab my shoulder. I also pinched a femoral nerve which had me off of the squat for a couple of months. I have been able to do the squat and deadlift for the last few months.
