Monday – Squat
Tuesday – *Assistance Exercise or take day off
Wednesday – Neck
Thursday – Deadlift
Friday – *Assistance Exercise or take day off
Saturday – Off
Sunday – Bench Press
Monday – *Assistance Exercise or take day off
Tuesday – *Assistance Exercise or take day off
Wednesday – Squat…and repeat cycle

*  Assistance exercises include Overhead Press, Barbell Row, or Neck,

I recommend taking 2-3 days off per week (more if you find yourself getting injured).
