Results of Workout Plan

I started out in April of 2016 weighing 235lbs and now weigh 280 pounds, I gained muscle mass, lost fat, and have increased maximum lifts for Bench from 225 pounds to 315 pounds (90 pound gain); for squat from 275 pounds to 444 pounds (202 pound gain); for deadlift from 365 pounds to 484 pounds (119 pound gain).
